We all need Hope. We sometimes feel it even when we can’t see it. This week has been the most difficult of my life but hope remains strong, this Good Friday.
Today was not the London Marathon. However, I did run up Birdcage Walk & reflected that the journey is what changed me not the finish line.

It was Epiphany 2006, the day when my life was truly transformed by grace, God’s grace which has resurrected me from the depths of suicide and mental illness.
