Mental Health, Marathons and Faith… a road of redemption
I’ve worked with Paul Church on a couple of previous projects, most recently a webinar around purpose and happiness at work. I was delighted to join him on his new Talent & Growth Podcast as we discussed how to look after the mental wellbeing of a hybrid workforce.
Hybrid working is not just the present, but almost certainly interwoven into the future. The benefits of flexibility are clear but, for employers, it raises many questions and one of those at the top of the list is how we ensure the wellbeing of our people.
As an HR Director, it has been high on my agenda and I was delighted to share my thoughts with Paul in this episode of Talent & Growth as we delved into the subject of mental wellbeing of a hybrid workforce.
There are many benefits to hybrid working with employees reporting a better work-life balance, more leisure time (from not having to commute) and improved job satisfaction. In turn, this can improve employee retention and reduce business costs for your organisation. But with hybrid working set to become the norm, how can we ensure that we are looking after the needs of all of our employees when we may only see them some of the time?
