All about the @myomaster this morning! Cannot believe that I’ve had multiple ongoing calf injuries for four months since June. Proof that our mental health so impacts physical condition. I was full of anxiety and depression and my body was tense, tight, reactive. #mentalhealth #ukrunchat

First time out since last Sunday. Felt ok, still the ongoing glute tightness which is the likely cause of the repeated calf injuries. This begins a patient road back to running at my full potential, I’d say likely 4-6 months. First cardio since Sunday. Rested, relaxed and fun apart from the constant fear of being killed by atrocious Über drivers. No plans to run yet… but will see every day how it feels!

Had a chance to sit back and reflect after Sunday. Wow!! To run the world’s greatest race 5 times, to run the iconic distance 50 times, it’s stuff beyond dreams and expectation.
