One of the most important things I’ve learnt is that it’s impossible to evolve our #resilience until we accept the challenges that we face. When we accept those challenges, it gives us the freedom to overcome or walk away from them. When we ignore them, we stand still and allow those challenges to engulf us. #mentalhealth #wellbeing

No point sugarcoating it... this week has been utterly sh1t on multiple levels. In many ways, I know it’s not going to change overnight. These times make us stronger and grow a deep connection with those walking alongside us. Can’t say it was the most confident I’ve been on a bike but nice to get back in the saddle a week after last Thursday’s little contretemps with two runners in the cycle lane!! Wounds healed, confidence will return... thanks Toby for the loan of this lovely 🚲!

In a year with nobody going to the match, today seems more powerful than ever, remembering 96 brothers & sisters who went to Hillsborough, never to go home.

I’m thankful for those, like my friend @Ian_LFC, who did get home, & praise the families for their courage & dignity #YNWA

Lost our way after the substitution. Lost the ability to win the ball back quickly in midfield which meant everything was in front of their two walls and comfortable.

Fab can’t be everywhere but we suffer when he moves into the back four #LFC
