In the week following the London Marathon in October 2021, I was privileged to join Hayley Hassall on BBC Five Live to talk about running, mental health and my journey with Mind.

It has taken me some time to get around to posting this … no excuses other than not putting it at the top of my priorities!

I greatly admire Hayley for her continuous commitment to covering challenging subject matter, doing so in a manner which demonstrates compassion and a desire to make a difference.
