Today was not the London Marathon. However, I did run up Birdcage Walk & reflected that the journey is what changed me not the finish line.

Tokyo, Paris & Barcelona already cancelled to the masses. As Coronavirus rages, Boston, London & all spring marathon runners await their fate
I had a bad back when I was 19, so long ago to be long forgotten until this 26 year niggle came up in an MRI on my injured groin.
As I ran through New York, I should have known it wasn’t just injury. I was exhausted to the point of burnout and depression was eating me inside and out.
It’s definitely my last big fundraising year… and what better way to do it than to support 4 fabulous charities with 20 marathons in 2020??
